I’ve been working in tech for over 24 years — starting out in IT support and server administration at corporates, where I handled everything from managing datacenters to leading cross-regional service teams. It taught me not just how systems work, but how people rely on them — and what happens when they break.
Over time, I found myself drawn more to building things from the ground up. I started taking on freelance projects, helping businesses with websites, plugins, payment systems, and tech strategy. That eventually grew into Forging Minds — a place where I could bring together my experience in development, infrastructure, and customer management to help businesses grow without tech getting in the way.
What I’ve learned is this: most businesses don’t need more complexity… they need clarity. My goal with Forging Minds is to simplify that journey for every client we work with. No fluff. Just practical solutions that work, and support that sticks around.
